Calcium alkyl benzene sulphonate (CABS) is an active anionic emulsifier component in crop protection chemicals.

It is blended with other solvents & non-ionics to function as an emulsifier for pesticides ECs (Emulsifiable Concentrates) in crop protection.

CABS is also employed in formulations of toxicants in household insecticide.

CABS is marketed and available in a variety of grades classified as per CABS active matter (viz. 40/50/60/65/70 %), in various alcohol & non-alcohol bases.
