Designation : Manager - Sales
Qualification : BSC – Chemistry, MSC – Chemistry or BE Chemical, MBA Marketing
Experience : Minimum 08 years of experience in Sales, preferred chemical Industry or product sales
- Set target for Sales & Business development teams and ensure they achieve the same
- Create new campaign for different product lines of the company.
- Develop new market & product
- Lead the sales team, in managing client meetings and distribution of sales documents.
- Identify different sources to accelerate revenue for the company
- Upsell & Cross Sell to existing Customers
- Bid International/Domestic Tenders of Government of Private Large corporations on regular basis.
- Attend exhibition, events, client visits frequently to achieve targets
- Ensure CRM is up to date and conduct frequent weekly/monthly review meeting along with Management.
- Ensure Client issue resolution on timely basis
- Predict and advice the future need of market and plan amendments in rate accordingly.
- Ensure end to end order fulfillment is done smoothly by coordinating with internal teams.
- Forecast sales and take decisions proactively for profitability
- Ensure timely collection of outstanding
- Guide the team on pricing on regular basis
