Sorbitan tri stearate
Description
It is used as a food additive that can help to reduce the turbidity off vegetable oil containing high saturated fatty acids. It can also improve the fat crystal structure and stability in chocolate and margarine. It also acts as an emulsifier in the cosmetic industry and as a lubricant in the textile industry
